Opti-Nutra Ltd is the former name of Performance Lab Ltd (Companies House 09439153; checked 2026-10-09). It ships directly to Canada and is designed as a complete daily cognitive supplement covering memory, focus, mental energy, mood, and long-term brain health without caffeine or proprietary blends. Health Canada defines natural health products (NHPs) by substance, as "vitamins and minerals, herbal remedies, homeopathic medicines, traditional medicines (like Traditional Chinese Medicines), probiotics, and other products like amino acids and essential fatty acids", and states that "All natural health products (NHPs) sold in Canada require a product licence before being marketed." We found no NPN (Natural Product Number) for Mind Lab Pro in Health Canada's Licensed Natural Health Products Database (LNHPD) (full register export searched, 2026-10-07); the only Opti-Nutra licence-holder entry is a different, discontinued product (PhentaSlim, NPN 80068706). A licence can be held under another name, so look for an eight-digit NPN on the label; without one, a consumer's only route is personal importation, which Health Canada's GUI-0116 limits to "no more than a 90-day supply or a single course of treatment, whichever is less".
